NATURAL AND RELAXED OUTDOOR WEDDING CEREMONY
This was my first time photography an outdoor Gate Street Barn wedding, and let me tell you I am passionate about an outdoor wedding ceremony! Having an outdoor ceremony is relatively new to the venue. As I have said before this was my first time capturing outdoor nuptials in this quintessential Surrey venue. The last wedding I was lucky to be a part of was Hana and Alex’s summer barn wedding.
Meghan and Jimmy’s Gloriously Rainy Outdoor Gate Street Barn Wedding
This was my first wedding that I have captured in Gate Street Barn’s woodland wedding space. It was such a beautiful setting. Watching Meghan and her bridesmaids walk down the woodland canopy was just amazing. It really is a magical space for an outdoor Gate Street Barn wedding. After a quick portrait session outside (before the rain hit) there was a relaxed indoor reception. It was also the first wedding that I had captured with the newly built orangey, which is gorgeous! The barn was decorated beautifully with florals by the wonderful Surrey florist Rosie Orr.
The Rain Subsided and We got OUTDOORS!
As with many British weddings the weather was a ket factor. After some wonderful speeches the rain let up and guests were able to take advantage of the surroundings of this outdoor Gate Street Barn wedding. There were cows with their calves in the fields, guests played lawn games and we even had some time for extra group shots. With Meghan and Jimmy’s little girl stealing the show!
