This small and intimate Surrey registry wedding was so wonderful to photograph. Poonam and Rahil had their Leatherhead registry office wedding when government restrictions during the pandemic lifted. Planning a small wedding during a pandemic is difficult. Couples were never sure what was going to be within the governments corona virus guidelines. Luckily Poonam and Rahil were able to get married with their closest friends and family in their Leatherhead registry office wedding. They were to have a second marriage ceremony the year after, with many more guests being invited.

This Surrey registry wedding venue in Leatherhead is a favourite of mine. With lovely light wedding ceremony rooms and kind and accommodating registrars. They allow a close wedding ceremony to not feel cramped in the space, which is really wonderful. Poonam walked down the aisle with her mother in a beautiful ceremony. You could tell how special their bond was and how happy Poonam was to see Rahil.

Even with shorter coverage on a micro wedding day there is always time for the core important photographs. This Surrey registry wedding was no different! With a micro wedding package of two hours there are still opportunities for confetti, family photographs and couples portraits.
