This beautiful village hall wedding was one of my favourites to photograph of 2022. Lewis and Khara are such a laid back and relaxed couple that it was wonderful to be around them and capture their love. They included so many elements into their wedding that reflected them as a couple. From Khara’s GORGEOUS boutique Miss Bush Bridal wedding dress to the Scottish Bag Piper that met them at their reception.
After a beautiful church ceremony, Lewis and Khara’s guests travelled on a vintage London red bus to their village hall wedding reception. Where not only was there a bag piper there to greet them, but also the phenomenal catering of Susie Eats The Seasons. With the cute trademark camper van serving the guests delicious canapés and refreshing drinks. I may be slightly biased with my love for Susie Eats The Seasons – partly because Kate cooked some of the best vegetarian food I have ever been fed at a wedding!
Wedding Couples That Feel Like You’ve Known Them for Years…
… are the best kind of couples to work with. That being said I have actually known Lewis and Khara for years. Having met a previous weddings through the lovely Freya and Rob. It is through these family members that Lewis and Khara decided to book me and the rest you could say is history! Walking in to photograph their wedding was like walking into a reunion with old friends. There were lots of familiar faces, and if you are not a stranger to my page and blog then I am sure that you will recognise some too!
