FREYA + ROB’S SPRING GRITTENHAM BARN WEDDING
Being able to be Freya and Rob’s Grittenham Barn wedding photographer was so special. Not only because I have always wanted to photograph at wedding at the venue. But also because I been a part of all the families recent weddings, including Freya’s two older sisters! With Grace and Craig’s destination French wedding and Ellen and Tom’s outdoor marquee wedding. To have Freya and Rob’s Grittenham Barn wedding be the book end to an incredible era of weddings was bitter sweet.
RELAXED AND FUN GRITTENHAM BARN WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Freya and her bridal party got ready at her mothers house all together. The morning was spent with Freya’s wedding morning playlist of upbeat music playing. The bridesmaids and Freya all got ready by doing their own hair and make up. It was a lovely and relaxed atmosphere to be a part of and capture. Once everyone was ready the bridal party travelled to the church in a range of vintage cars, including a VW Campervan!
What you may not be able to tell from this Grittenham Barn wedding is that we had every type of weather in this Surrey wedding! There was sunshine, rain showers and even a snow flurry as Freya and Rob left the church!
The beautiful thing about being in the presence of this couple, feels like being in the existence of true love. Freya and Rob met at university. The most wonderful moment of the day was that in both of their speeches they admitted to finding love at first sight with each other. To be in the presence of love at first sight is a rare thing.
