GORGEOUS CHRISTMAS FAMILY PHOTO SHOOT HERTFORSHIRE
Up on the blog today is a wonderful Christmas London family photography shoot. Possibly you have followed my Day In The Life family photography. If you have you might have seen the cute faces of the Spary family gracing my screen. My presence within this lovely family is always a wonderful thing. Here are Jennie, Edward and Arabelle on our last family photography shoot together.
This was in fact the third time that I had the pleasure of photographing Jennie and her family. Never do I take this for granted. As a photographer, being able to come back time and time again to photograph a family is the most wonderful privilege. Not only was Jennie and her gorgeous family there, but the whole extended clan. Along with some new little faces, I was reunited with lots of familiar ones.
Something that is wonderful about photographing families at home is the natural habits of peoples behaviour. Jennie suggested that they have their family portraits at their parents new home. Previously, the family had had photographs in the house that they grew up in before their parents moved out. This shoot was particularly significant as it symbolised a new beginning. A new home, new memories and new life.
LONDON FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY
Meeting around the holidays is the perfect time for a family photography shoot. Family members are home for winter, decorations are up and the Christmas spirit is in the air. Jennie’s parents house is no exception. Normally focussing on Surrey family photography, it is always nice to travel a little further afield. The family met at their parents new house with their children. With the decorations up, the Christmas songs blaring and the mince pies flowing, The Spary family photography shoot was wonderfully natural. We caught up, chatted and had some time to take some natural candid shots mixed in with some guided family portraiture.
