A Day In The Life of Anna, Ross and Baby Jessica
Stepping out of Surrey for a moment to bring you some Hertfordshire family photography on the blog. It is hard for me to write this piece without smiling ear to ear. This relaxed christening photography session is especially close to my heart. It is very special to be able to be present and photograph families lives. Especially when you have been in touch for so long. I met Anna and Ross when they chose me to photograph their wedding day.
Since meeting them for the first time I have photographed their engagement shoot at Ashridge House and their wonderful winter wedding. When Anna and Ross announced that they were expecting I could not have been happier for them both. They are possibly the most kind and gentle couple I have ever met. So I was even more excited (not only when they named their daughter Jessica) but also to document their journey into being a family of three.
A Day In The Life Relaxed Christening Photography
It was such a pleasure to be able to document Anna and Ross with their newborn baby. When they asked me for some relaxed Christening photography of course the answer was yes! The couple planned to have the ceremony in the same church that they were married in which was a lovely touch. Having spent the morning with Anna and Ross’s family, documenting them get ready and fawn over Jessica. It was so relaxed and wonderful. She possibly is the most cheerful baby and those cheeks are so adorable! When the time was right family and friends gathered at the church to witness Jessica be christened. It was a wonderful service and after the christening the guests gathered together at the restaurant where Anna and Ross had their first date! How cute is that?
If like Anna and Ross you are based near Berkhamstead and would like a Hertfordshire family photography shoot please do get in touch. Although I mainly shoot Surrey family photography sessions I love to travel and meet new people so Hertfordshire is not out of the question!
