Sweet and intimate engagement shoot in the Chantry Wood, Surrey
Frankie and Ollie had their Surrey engagement shoot in a place that was very special to them as a couple. They walked there together and spent time in the Chantry Woods when they were first dating. It seemed only fitting to return there for their engagement shoot together. The couple are childhood sweethearts and have been together since they were at school. We chose a particularly drizzly morning to have an engagement shoot but this did not deter us. As my Mum would say “It does not matter if it is raining, we have sunshine in our hearts”.
This is how I would describe Frankie and Ollie as a couple; they have sunshine radiating out of them. Perhaps it is from knowing each other for so long, but the two of them together were in their own little world. As we got further into the wood, the weather started to clear up and we were able to get some lovely photographs of the two of them together. I then went on to photograph their wedding in August and here is what they had to say:
“Jesse was great on the day – in the best way possible, it was almost like she wasn’t there! She made everyting so easy, wandering around taking pictures. Looking through the photos once they arrived, we were thrilled with how well she captured the emotion and joy on the day.”
