Daisy and Tom With Their Fabulously Themed Lord Of The Rings WEdding
Well, what can I say about Daisy and Tom’s Lord of The Rings themed wedding? Was I excited by their wedding enquiry? Absolutely. Was I slightly apprehensive upon hearing that they were planning a theme wedding? I would be lying if I said that I wasn’t a little nervous. This was purely down to the fact that I had never done a theme wedding, but also because for a themed wedding to work, you need 100% commitment from everyone. Which not every guest is willing to give. However, I am happy to tell you that Daisy and Tom’s family and friends went ALL IN! They were phenomenal with their outfits. Mythical, magical and fantastical. We had a Tree Ent, Elves, fairies, Dobby the House Elf (off brand but mystical none the less) and Gandalf himself. This Lord of the Rings themed wedding was honestly everything and more.

“I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world
alone”
Daisy and Tom’s outdoor marquee wedding was held at Toms’s family home. This is where the whole wedding would take place, the outdoor wedding ceremony and also the reception. They had a beautiful outdoor wedding with a hand-fasting ceremony with Daisy’s mum walking her down the aisle. They had an outdoor drinks reception which was followed by speeches. These were also held outdoors (which if you have been present on one of my galleries before you will know I love an outdoor speech at wedding). It was so wonderful to look around at this Lord of the Rings themed wedding and see so many fantastical and phenomenal outfits and costumes. It felt like we were in our own little Middle Earth. This wedding was such a riot and I hope to photograph many more themed weddings from here on in. Hobbits sure do know how to party.
