Berkshire Engagement Shoot – Ashridge House – Anna and Ross

A sunrise engagement shoot on a crisp and cold morning at Ashridge House

On the blog today is Anna and Ross’s sunrise engagement shoot. However, the sun never rose in the sky for us! The cloud cover never dissipated and we were left with a very overcast morning. The couple are crazy about walking and running. The cold, wet morning did not scare them off and they were defiantly not fare-weather engagement shooters.

Like Frankie and Ollie’s couples shoot I encourage couples to choose somewhere with a significant importance to them for their engagement shoots. This is not essential, but it helps me get to know my couples and provides a lasting memory of a place that is special to the both of you.

Anna and Ross chose the grounds of Ashridge House because this was where they were getting married. It is also somewhere they come to walk and run so the place holds a special place in their hearts.  We walked around some of their favourite routes taking photographs as we went. Although the sun did not appear, it did not stop the sunshine in our hearts.
